Book online using our secure ticket shop
You can purchase tickets online with a credit or debit card, and collect them from the Box Office or they can be posted to you, (If booked 7 or more working days before the event date. There is a 50p charge for this service.

Please note that specific seats cannot be selected – you will be automatically allocated the next best available seat.
In Person
To purchase tickets by cash, cheque, postal orders or credit/debit cards, you can call in to the Key Theatre Box Office from 11am to 8pm Monday to Saturday, 1hr prior to start of performance until 30 minutes after the performance has commenced.
By Phone
Simply call to book your tickets, these can be paid for at the time by credit / debit cards, or reserved for payment within 2 days of booking by cash or cheque.
By Post
Send full details of the performance you wish to attend with a cheque made payable to Peterborough City Council. If you require your tickets to be returned please enclose a S.A.E.

Wheelchair Users
Please inform the Box office when booking seats if a wheelchair user will be attending the event so that an appropriate seat /space can be allocated please also advise if patron will be staying in their wheelchair. If wheelchair users are attending, but not staying in their wheelchair a carer must be in attendance for each user. Whilst theatre staff will give assistance wherever possible, in the event of an emergency that requires evacuation of the auditorium, we may not be able to offer physical assistance to individuals.
Loop System / Guide Dogs
The Sennheiser Infra-red enhanced hearing system is available for people with hearing impairment. Headsets and receiver loops are available at the box office. You will have to turn your hearing aid onto "'T" position. Guide dogs are welcome. If you wish to take your dog into the Auditorium, please let the box office know when booking so that suitable seats can be allocated. Water for the dog can also be provided.

Reservations
Tickets may also be reserved in person, payments must be made within 2 working days (If alternative arrangements have not been made) Failure to do so will result in the tickets being released for resale.
Refunds
We regret that we are unable to refund money. If an event is sold out we will try to resell unwanted tickets, an administration fee of £1 per ticket is charged for this service. (Only charged if tickets are sold)
Exchange of Tickets
We regret we are unable to exchange tickets from one production to another, but only within the same production, an administration fee of £1 per ticket is charged for this service, (which is chargeable once payment has been made).
Group Bookings
If you plan to bring a party of 10 or more, on certain performances/shows there is a Group discount from 10% per ticket. To place a group booking please call our "Group bookings co-ordinator " Shez Cope who will be able to advise or help you on 01733 552439. Tickets booked and paid for within 7 days of a performance will be kept at the Box office for collection.
